The CARBOWINE BOX was born from an assiduous search for a high quality product, with the aim of combining two Italian excellences recognized all over the world: Carbonara and Wine .

A personalized limited edition box containing our Carbokit paired with a bottle of Podere Arizzi 's Chianti Colli Senesi Riserva DOCG "Lische" 2016.

- Pasta MONOGRANO FELICETTI 500g / Pasta Massimo Zero GLUTEN FREE 400g

- Artisan hand-made pork cheek from Carbogang aged 120 days - minimum 220g

- Pecorino Romano DOP Carbogang , handcrafted production - 200g

- Black pepper from Madagascar imported and selected by Carbogang

All products are shipped vacuum packed inside a thermal bag and have a minimum storage of 30/40 days. Once received, the package must be kept in the refrigerator.

Sensory notes:

Bright ruby red in the glass. Broad and complex on the nose, it initially recalls violet and red berried fruits, such as currants and cherries, and then continues on pleasant memories of sweet spices. Elegant on the palate, it is characterized by mineral nuances and subtle balsamic tones. Very long in persistence.

Curiosity:

Wine of excellent drinkability, its name comes from the shape of the vines from which it comes; if you look at the land where the grapes are grown from above, it seems to be made in bones!
